Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Returns

Maison d'Etto currently ships to the continental United States. Excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii). We are not currently fulfilling orders to areas outside of the continental United States, Canada or other international geographies. If you are interested in Maison d’Etto products but located outside of the continental United States please contact us at info@maisondetto.com to let us know of your request. We will begin adding additional shipping locations shortly and we will determine if we can accommodate shipping to your country or direct you to an alternate location. We are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states or U.S territories. We ship orders within 3 business days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law. Shipping can take 1-7 days with our carrier, USPS or UPS (usually 1-2 days within NY-Tristate)

DELIVERY DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
All purchase orders come with the opportunity for you to protect your purchase at checkout with Route shipping insurance. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package is lost by the carrier, and you have not opted in Route insurance, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it but cannot make any guarantees. Please email info@maisondetto.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of delivery, you may initiate a return request by emailing info@maisondetto.com and referencing your order number. Once the product is received, we will refund the purchase amount minus a restocking fee of $15. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 14-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to info@maisondetto.com and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card. Items purchased online at www.maisondetto.com will not be accepted in retail store or pop-up locations or any third-party locations carrying Maison d'Etto merchandise.
